Paris Brewing Company set to open on Sept. 12; handmade Pizza and locally Brewed Beer

The much-anticipated opening of Paris Brewing Company is only a few days away.

The rehabilitation of the 108-year old space in downtown Paris took longer than the team expected but after several years of renovations and perfecting their brew, Paris Brewing Co. will officially open its doors to the public on September 12, 2024.

Owners Aaron Raper, Ben Wheeler, and Ryan Matthews believe that having high-quality food is crucial but also that the environment and feeling that customers get when they enter the establishment is just as important.

“Every aspect of this business is a representation of the love and respect we have for our community.”

“Every aspect of this business is a representation of the love and respect we have for our community. We are sons of Paris, Texas — collectively raised by this community, shaped, and molded by it. We want to create a common ground for the community and visitors to gather.”

“A lot of effort was put into defining what Paris Brewing Company will represent, what it will mean for our community, and what we want it to feel like for our customers when they visit us,” said the team. “We want it to be more than just another small brewery on the map – it’s gotta be about family, friends, and a sense of togetherness.”

Not only will locals be able to enjoy nice, cold, locally brewed beer but handmade (not frozen) pizza.

“The slogan we’ve adopted is ‘Brewed for Y’all’ and the meaning extends well beyond just the beer.”

The new brewery is located at 7 W. Houston Street in Paris and will be open the following days/hours:

Monday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Tuesday: Closed for brewing

Wednesday: Closed for brewing
